The Mill Studios

We are offering our sixth 200 Hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training Course that will start September 2023 and will run for 12 weekends spread over 9 months. During this time you will be guided through a variety of essential learning elements, including Yoga Philosophy, Functional Anatomy for Yoga, Pranayama and Physiology. We will also be breaking down 65+ asanas in depth to help you deepen your practice.

We are blessed with a team of exceptional and experienced teachers to support and guide you through the course; Andrea Everingham, Adrienne Le Coure, Madeline Diaz Meiners, Francis Perry and Donatella Heyworth, who will be your Lead Trainer. Our aim is to empower you with the right knowledge and offer you support and guidance so that you complete the course as a 200hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher. We will create a space where you can learn, experiment and gain strength in your teaching abilities. Our team of exceptional teachers you will support your from the very start of your journey and no doubt for years to come! Upon completing your teacher  training at The Mill Studios everyone is given the opportunity to teach in our community classes to help you flourish into the teacher you want to be..... who knows you may even end up as part of the The Mill teacher team!
